Here's a short, and very amateur, video demo of the pipeline management features we've built into FOB3.

The main features are each opportunity has Milestones and Actions. Actions can be assigned to milestones or unassigned (which makes them work just like FOB2).

Actions can be assigned to People and show in the Schedule on individual dashboards

Milestones are used to calculate the %probability and weighted value shown in the Pipeline Report which is color coded to highlight where work needs to be done. For example %probabilities up to 50% are shown in Red and between 50% and 70% are shown in Amber.

%probability is calculated for each opportunity based on number of completed milestones e.g. if there are four milestones, two of which are complete the value is 50%.
